Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original fashion packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your parcel at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to activate your tracking information.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our quality team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
